So how do you make them? Super simple.

  1. Dice a bell pepper diced ham or bacon, get creative with these ingredients.
  2. Add them to a mixing bowl, and add three eggs with 3 tbsp of cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
  3. Add salt and pepper. You can add garlic pepper, you could also season with cilantro or hot sauce.
  4. Add them to your air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes at 300°, then the last five minutes at 375°

Finish with cilantro and flaky salt.
