A Texas elementary teacher is now $402,500 richer thanks to Daniel Stark law firm securing that settlement after a crash with a distracted teen took place according to KWTX. TEXAS TEACHER GETS JUSTICE AND A BIG PAYOUT

Due to the crash, Daniel Starks stated that the client suffered several fractures to the ribs, damaged internal organs, crushed bones in her right foot, bruising all over her body and airbag burns with minor cuts as well. Daniel Starks also stated that the client had to undergo several surgeries to fix not only the damaged foot but also the injuries she sustained which forced her into early retirement from her 50-year career as an elementary school teacher.

Daniel Starks stated that the insurance for the teen driver was initially denied liability and hired an accident reconstructionist in an attempt to blame the crash on Daniel Starks's client. The firm responded by saying they hired their accident reconstructionist through the teen's insurance company to show the statement that the driver was not at fault for the head-on collision. A cross-examination finally showed the truth about the event that took place and that was how the client was rewarded her justice.
