Killeen Police have identified the victim of the murder

It’s very disappointing to report that Killeen Texas has made its 13th murder report this year according to KCENTV. The Killeen police department stated that they were notified about a shooting that took place around 10:57 PM on August 8.

WHO DID THE KILLEEN POLICE DEPARTMENT IDENTIFY?

When the police made it to the location, there was a man who was found unfortunately shot dead in a parking lot and was pronounced dead shortly after, the police department identified the victim as William Donnell Spellman 39 on Tuesday, August 27.

The authorities are asking anyone who has any details about the incident to please contact Crime Stoppers and to reach out by calling 254-526-8477 or by going to BellCountycrimestoppers.com. There is a reward of up to $1000 that is offered for any tips that can lead to one or more of the person or persons responsible.
