Yesterday the world was captivated by #mprraccoon but one of these critters knocked out electricity to a Central Texas city and it seems like a raccoon takeover is upon us.

Cove Animal Control officials have issued a public alert after a dead raccoon found in a yard on Wayne Street tested positive for rabies.
