Valentine's Day falls on a Tuesday this year, so unless you can convince your boss you're sick or you have the day off, you should probably plan something special for the weekend before. Why not fine wine and a carriage ride through beautiful Salado?

As you may be aware, today is Valentine's Day. And as you may have guessed, it's one of the most popular days for people to propose to each other.

Being sad, alone and pathetic is sort of a specialty of mine. To give you an idea, I've definitely been humiliated by an airbrush artist at an amusement park, which I was visiting without any friends.
