Stolen Mail

Central Texas thieves managed to steal letters and packages out of a Leander neighborhood cluster mailbox. Now hundreds of people are at risk for identity theft and mail fraud.

Officials are trying to find out why a large pile of discarded mail and packages was found in a Killeen neighborhood. The dumped items had both Killeen and Austin addresses.

Two guys contracted by the US Postal Service have been charged with stealing mail. It's one of the largest seizures of stolen mail in Texas history.
