Two Killeen ISD Employees Arrested in Harker Heights Prostitution Sting
Two former Killeen ISD employees were recently arrested as part of a prostitution sting at a Harker Heights hotel last week, the Bell County Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday.
KWTX's Alex Cano reports that suspects Aaron Justin Daub and Terrance Hockless were both teachers employed by the district at the time of their arrest on Wednesday, November 8. Daub had worked for the district since 2001, and taught at the KISD Career Center before resigning. Hockless was a first-year music teacher at Bellaire Elementary School.
Killeen ISD spokesperson Terry Abbott said Tuesday that both men resigned last week before the district could take any action.
According to Bell County Sheriff Eddy Lange, Daub and Hockless were two of 10 men arrested during the one-day operation conducted by Harker Heights police and deputies with both the Bell and Travis County Sheriff's Departments.
All 10 men posted bond and were released.
