KWTX reported that a Central Texas woman died in a car crash on Monday afternoon on State Highway 195.

The crash occurred around four miles northwest of Georgetown, and the crash involved three vehicles.

The woman killed in the crash was Stephanie Renea Jordan, 24, of Harker Heights. The Texas Department of Public Safety said, "Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene after she pulled into the path of a southbound SUV, which slammed into the driver’s side of her 2014 Honda Civic."

The Department of Public Safety also said, "Jordan was eastbound on County Road 241 just before 4:40 p.m. Monday when she attempted to turn north from a stop sign onto Highway 195."

The southbound 2017 Ford expedition was the vehicle that hit her Honda, which caused the Honda to spin into the way of the 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche that was traveling southbound as well.
