Republicans Likely To Lose PR Battle Over Sequester

If you saw Michelle Obama's whimsical presentation of the Oscar winner for best picture last night, you'd think the country was in tip-top shape right now.  The wife of our beloved leader presenting an Academy Award with Jack NIcholson? A-ha, what a world we live in!

But as anyone who has an attention span longer than that of a beagle puppy knows, we are certainly not in tip-top shape. With that in mind, check out this editorial piece by Jonah Goldberg of The Baltimore Sun. Few are thrilled with the performance of the Republican Party in recent years, but why should it be that they take the brunt of the blame for the looming sequester when both parties have shown an astonishing lack of vision and leadership?
