But Republicans readied additions such as lifting a ban on crude oil exports.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Republican-controlled Senate is moving ahead on a bill to construct the Keystone XL pipeline despite President Barack Obama's veto threat. A test vote was scheduled for late Monday, though winter weather could delay the roll call.
