2nd Annual Texas Corgi Roundup Coming to Temple October 6

The corgis are coming! The corgis are coming!

On Saturday, October 6, hundreds of stubby-leggled canines will invade Lions Park for the 2nd Annual Texas Corgi Roundup.

Last year's inaugural event raised $5,000 for Bandit's Bandaid, a non-profit which assists pet owners with emergency vet bills. This year's event will benefit both Bandit's Bandaid and Wyoming Dachshund & Corgi Rescue, which helps find loving homes for animals.

As of September 8, 467 corgis had been registered for the event, which include a corgi race. Now THAT we've got to see!
