Belton Killer Sentenced to Life

On Friday, a Belton jury found Chance Keller guilty of capital murder.

Keller was charged with the murder of Stephen Wright, who was shot to death on the front porch of his home in 2012.

The verdict came after about four hours of deliberation.

The death penalty was not sought by prosecutors, so Keller was automatically sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
