Books, Beer, and Wine? Cheers at Adult Book Fair in Killeen, TX

Great news! Three things I really enjoy are coming together in one place. If you love to read and enjoy a nice cold beer or glass of wine, this is an event you need to mark on your calendar. Drinks and new books? Yes please! The Hangover Bar & Grill in Killeen, Texas is having an 'Over-21' book fair this month.

The Hangover Bar & Grill is in partnership with MDRN Tribe Bookshop, according to the Killeen Daily Herald.

MDRN Tribe Bookshop owner Maeve Gutierrez is organizing the event.

On its website, the bookshop is described as an "Indie Bookshop & Distribution company specializing in observing, preserving and celebrating Literacy, the Creative Arts & culture through Books, Film, Art, and Healing."

Gutierrez says the store specializes in books about cultural and social awareness.

What to Expect

This will be a fun event where you can meet fellow book lovers and enjoy some of your favorite drinks.

You might even find a special, one-of-a-kind gift in addition to a great new read!

There will be unique books by local authors on display, as well as gift items, and spirits, beer or wine.

When is The Adult Book Fair?

The 'Over-21' book fair will be on Sunday, February 27th from 1 to 5 pm at the Hangover Bar & Grill on 104 West Elms Road in Killeen.
