Several agencies are credited with assisting in Garcia's arrest, including the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, which also included members of the Texas Department of Public Safety Special Agents.
Kevin Garcia's Criminal History
Garcia has a long history of breaking the law. The following year, Garcia was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and eventually bonded out of jail. He was arrested again in 2020 for unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft of property, and once again, bonded out of jail.
