The City of Temple will host a free community Thanksgiving dinner at Wilson Park Recreation Center November 20.

From 6 PM to 8 PM, families can enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal complete with dessert. There'll be live music and crafts as well to round out the family holiday fun.

If your family would like to participate, you'll need to register. You can get signed up at the City of Temple's website, and while you're there take a look at other great events coming up. (I see a listing for a Chinese New Year celebration on January 25. Consider me interested!)

If you know a family would have a great time at this event, please pass the info along. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out the City of Temple at  (254) 298.5740. They'll be happy to help you out.

Thanks to the City of Temple for putting this together, by the way. They've been knocking out of the park with community events for a while now, and it just another thing that makes this town such a great place in which to live.
