Come Out And Celebrate With Your City Killeen, Texas

It’s springtime in Killeen, Texas, so you know what that means - it is time to celebrate the annual Killeen Festival from April 28th through the 30th. It all happens in historic Downtown Killeen I cannot wait for this three-day event.

The first day of the festival will start on April 28 from 5 PM to 8 PM with an amazing celebration of the history of Killeen’s military and of course the culture.

WHAT DOES THE FESTIVAL CONSIST OF?

There will also be a performance by the first Cav band. If you’ve never seen them perform before, get ready to grab some tissues because it will make you extremely emotional and proud to be an American.

I love going to this event each year. On Friday, all of the activities are going to start at 5 PM. This will include comedians performing, one of my favorites, live poetry, some of the best music the city has heard before, and film showings as well.

Just when you thought the fun would be all over, Saturday consists of an amazing car show, live bands and some of the dopest DJs battling each other, a kid show and an amazing performance by Peter Collins, and so much more!

You do not want to miss out on the people in your city celebrating one another in the community. Every year I go and every year I have a ball if you’ve never been to the festival, get ready to have some fun!
