The godmother of Central Texas, Carolyn Brown, is at it again. Early this summer I wrote an article about Carolyn Brown letting local seafood lovers know to get ready to grab some butter because she was having a crab fest event in Harker Heights, Texas.

Well, it's time for Round 2!

This event was so successful that a day ago she told me, "Now that we have one under our belt and I've listen to what everyone wanted, we are running it back again for the real crab lovers".

Being a DC girl, Carolyn Brown knows a thing or two about authentic blue crabs. The first event only had blue crab and a great time. This go around, Brown is adding succulent shrimp, corn, potatoes, and how can we forget the refreshing margaritas?

Of course, there’s no party like a Carolyn party unless there’s music involved and DJ Derreck Bell will have the tunes going while the margaritas and the crabs are flowing.

If you missed out on the first event, you truly missed out on something fantastic. If you are a seafood lover, you will regret it if you do not go to this event.

Carolyn Brown had so many people buy out tickets so quickly the last go around that she literally had to go back and send out more tickets. It was an absolute vibe at this event. The all-you-can-eat crab fest part two will take place, on September 25th from 2 to 4 at the Harker Heights Event Center located at 710 Edwards Dr. Don’t say I didn’t warn you central Texas this is the party you don’t wanna miss, and here is the link to purchase tickets.
