Dead Infant Found In Vacant Harker Heights Home
Police in Harker Heights are investigating the death of an infant whose remains were found in a vacant home Saturday.
The child’s body was found during an inspection of the home in the 2300 block of Indian Trail. Police were called to the scene around 9:15 a.m., and detectives have questioned a former tenant. No arrests have been made and the age and gender of the child have not been released.
An autopsy of the remains has been ordered, and more information is expected as police continue their investigation.
