After pulling Smith over, A Cove police officer smelled marijuana as he walked up to the window, and searched Smith's vehicle. The officer reportedly found a marijuana cigarette, a plastic bag and box filled with both crack cocaine and marijuana. The cocaine found weighed in at 11.6 grams.
