The Boston Marathon headquarters has been closed after 2 explosions were reported near the finish line.

CNN is reporting that the explosions occurred roughly three hours after the first batch of runners crossed the finish line. At the time this article was published, many runners were still making their way to the finish. The explosions seem to have been based in or around the Mandarin Hotel.

Officials are pulling footage from cameras in the area in hopes of spotting any suspicious activity.

The blasts occurred around 2:50 PM EST. Dozens are said to be injured. Witnesses say some lost limbs.

Reports say another device may have been found (UNCONFIRMED) in the Mandarin Hotel. 4 patients so far are being treated at Mass. General Hospital. Reports of dozens more have not been confirmed.

UPDATE 2:45 PM

Area hotels are being evacuated. Counter-terrorism crews are being dispatched to tourist attractions in New York and Boston. Large segments of Boston's subway system have been shut down and traffic is being diverted as a precaution. We still do not know the cause of these explosions or if they were detonated deliberately.
