Fort Hood Civilian Contractor to Layoff 101 Employees
The Killeen Daily Herald reports that private company M2 Services Corporation has scheduled 101 layoffs of personnel working on Fort Hood.
The layoffs are reportedly scheduled to begin Wednesday, September 20.
M2 Service's website says they specialize in aircraft and ground vehicle maintenance and logistics. M2 services have an active ISO quality management system that oversees preventative and corrective actions.
The information became public when the Texas Workforce Commission posted information about the layoffs which they are required to do by the U.S. Department of Labor.
