Governor Rick Perry To Attend Emergency Drill

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Governor Rick Perry plans to pay a visit to an emergency preparedness exercise at the Austin airport ahead of hurricane season. The Atlantic Ocean hurricane season begins tomorrow and runs through November. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts between 13 and 20 named Atlantic storms this season.
