18 members of the Fort Hood Harley Owner's Group gathered on Sunday to ride 22 miles to Pizza Palace in Salado in an effort to raise money for the 18th annual Bell County Toy Run in November.

Pizza Palace pledged to donate 20 percent of Sunday's sales to the toy run, expecting to raise $300-$400.

The main bike run will span 26 miles and take place on November 17. The ride raises money for Peaceable Kingdom, a center for special needs children, and the First Command Package Brigade, which assembles care packages for overseas troops.

Two previous rides this year have raised $1,200.
