WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI says the gunman who killed 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard yesterday had access to the highly secure military installation as a defense contractor and used a valid pass to enter. He's been identified as a 34-year-old former Navy reservist named Aaron Alexis. Police say he's believed to have acted alone, but his motive remains a mystery.
