H-E-B Recalls Ice Cream Sold in Central Texas Stores
H-E-B has put the word out to customers in Central Texas who may have purchased ice cream during the recent stretch of 100+ degree days issuing a voluntary recall for Creamy Creations brand ice cream.
This recall is worth checking your freezer because this particular brand and flavor have been available at several stores in the CTX. If you look in the icebox and see Creamy Creations Ice Cream you may want to bring it back, especially if you bought the half-gallon of strawberry.
H-E-B says you may find small pieces of metal from the processing equipment inside the ice cream. The ice cream is labeled with the UPC 4122034602 according to our partners at News 10. The ice cream also has a "sell by" date of March 12, 2020, on the package.
