I highly advise against trying this.

Running from the law doesn’t end well 99.9% of the time. And even if you can get away, they’ll likely eventually find you. Your best bet is to just face the consequences of your actions and get it over with.

But sometimes police chase videos make me chuckle. And this is one of those times.

As is usually the case when it comes to internet videos, I have no idea why the person in that little bitty car is running from the police. All I know is that the driver threw it in reverse as soon as they saw the cop pull in front of them at the gas pumps, made a quick backward U-turn, put it in drive and hauled ass out of there.

It’s the kind of stuff I wouldn’t hesitate to do in Grand Theft Auto. But not so much in the real world. The reality is that those wanted stars don’t eventually go away.

I have to say that little car has some get up. I don’t typically associate compact cars with speed, but that little thing can move. Then again, so can cop cars with their exclusive police packages.

So, my best guess is that the cops eventually caught up to them. But I don’t know. Maybe they were able to pull off one of the greatest escapes of all time.
