Power Lines Taken Out During Wild Fort Worth Police Chase
Running from the Fort Worth Police worked out about as well as you would expect for one person.
If I were to guess, I would say that 99.9% of police chases don’t end well for someone who runs from the cops. I’ve covered many police chases over the years, and I don’t remember one instance of the suspect getting away. But I figure it must happen every now and then.
And out of all the police chases I’ve covered, the one in the video below is among the wildest. Of course, it happened in the wild, wild west of Cowtown.
I’ve always loved Fort Worth. The Stockyards is one of my favorite places on the planet. I could get lost down there for hours on end. And Sundance Square is a cool place to hang out too.
But the fact of the matter is that there’s a reason Fort Worth was regularly featured on Cops back in the day. There’s no shortage of craziness in that town.
As usual, I haven’t the slightest idea why the person in the white pickup was running from the cops. All I know is that they caused a hell of a lot of damage in the process.
