According to KCENTV, large grass fires broke out yesterday in Belton, Texas, requiring response efforts from three different Central Texas fire departments. Central Bell County Fire Rescue (CBCFR) stated that the fires were caused by welders who did not have a water source available while making repairs to a fence near the North Wheat Road area around 3:00 p.m.
