Temple PD Identifies 24-Year-Old Man Killed in Tuesday Crash

The Temple Police Department has identified the victim as 24-year-old Tobi Moss Jr., a resident of Decatur, Texas. Around 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a crash on northbound Interstate 35 at Exit 298, involving a motorcycle and an Audi. Police believe the motorcycle collided with the rear of the Audi, causing the motorcycle to leave the roadway. Sadly, Justice of the Peace Larry Wilky pronounced Moss dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

Details Emerge After 24-Year-Old Dies in Temple Accident

The Temple Police Traffic Reconstruction Unit spent several hours at the scene conducting a detailed investigation. As a result, the highway was shut down at Exit 299 northbound, and drivers were advised to take alternate routes. The crash remains under investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
