Two Individuals Over 90 Marry In Texas, Proving It’s Never Too Late To Find Love

Finding love is something everybody wants in Texas.

There's that one special person everyone is searching for. Discovering them takes time, and some of us get frustrated when looking for that person. But worrying over it doesn't do anybody any good.

A Texas resident will look all around for this person. They could use dating apps, or go out to bars to meet people. Whatever method is used, sometimes it ends in success, and other times they might have to go back to the drawing board.

But for two 90 year old Texans, it turns out love was found in a retirement community. How did this all happen you ask? Sometimes you can be lucky and find love at the same time.

Bernard And Josephine Snyder's Journey To Love In The Lone Star State

According to KVUE, the journey of love for these two began after Bernard's previous wife passed away two years ago. In fact, Cartwright met Bernard while his previous wife was ill, telling KVUE:

"When I first met him [Snyder], he was married and his wife was not well...He was so gentle and kind, and I thought the world of him as a person, never thinking about a future with him. But I thought he was such a fine man."

This year, following an invite from Bernard to take Cartwright to dinner, he kissed her. That's when the romance began, and Bernard told KVUE "Wherever I went, I wanted to take her with me...It got more serious."

Finally, after going out to dinner and spending a lot of time with each other, Bernard and Cartwright said "I do" at Westminster Manor, which is the place where they both met each other for the first time.
