The unidentified male student was a classmate of the daughter. The daughter reported to the officers that the video in question was filmed on January 20th. Police are now attempting to find out who began to share the video, and FOX 44 reports both the parents of the young male and female are looking to press charges on whomever willingly shared the video.

Larry Berg, Deputy Chief of The Belton Police, reported that school staff and officers are cooperating in the inquiry.
