Someone was very busy Tuesday night.

KWTX's Kathleen Serie reports that two Killeen businesses within two miles of each other were robbed Tuesday night, and police suspect one person may have been responsible for both.

The first robbery occurred around 9 PM at the Texaco at 305 E Stan Schlueter Loop. The second occurred shortly before midnight at the Shell at 3101 W Stan Schlueter Loop.

In both cases, a man entered the store with a gun and demanded cash before fleeing on foot. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

Police say the suspect in both robberies was described as "a short, black man". Not much to go on, but hopefully police can put something together and get this person off the streets.
