ARE YOU READY FOR THE SUMMER IN CENTRAL TEXAS?

Personally, I’m tired of waking up at 6 o’clock in the morning to make sure my child brushes his teeth, washes his face, and he’s ready for school. I’m ready to pack the family up, grab coolers of sandwiches and drinks, and truly enjoy the summer the right way here in Texas. Texans know that our summers are most definitely not for the weak. It gets hot - I mean fry an egg on the pavement hot. I've seen it done.

If you’re new to Central Texas, you might not be aware of all of the fantastic water parks and attractions we have right here or within a two-hour radius. You and your family can enjoy an amazing summer of fun and water parks right down the street from your house, or take a little road trip.

Here are some of the water parks you and your family must visit this summer, I’ve been to each one in this gallery, and I can tell you that my family and I enjoy at least one every year. I hope this gives you some direction on where to cool off this summer!
