Local Teen Charged With Rape, Bond Set at $100,000

Bond has been set at $100,000 for a Harker Heights teenager accused of taking advantage of a girl who may have been drugged.

Our news partner, KWTX, reports that 17-year-old Jacob Ryan Wilson was arrested Thursday and charged with second degree felony sexual assault.

The alleged assault reportedly occurred at an apartment in Harker Heights on Monday, April 17. The 15-year-old victim told police she was given drugs, began drifting in and out of consciousness, and was raped.

According to KWTX, Wilson was arrested after the victim identified him in a photo lineup. He was booked into the Bell County Jail shortly after Noon on May 4.
