I’m Lynn Woolley with your Logic Minute for 4/19/13

The liberal columnist for SLATE did not get his wish. He had hoped
the Boston bombers would be white males – Tea Party types. From what
is developing now, the bombers are foreign terrorists. They are
identified as young brothers, Chechens. So is this Islamic
terrorism? We don’t know. But Islam is the primary religion in
Chechnya and most Chechens are Sunni. So we’ll see. This is a
rapidly unfolding story in which the two suspects shot and killed an
MIT police officer and severely wounded a transit officer. Unlike the
Left, those of us on the Right have generally let this play out. The
Left has been praying for homegrown terrorists because they don’t want
this to halt their rapidly advancing political agenda – specifically,
gun control and the immigration path to citizenship. This story is
not only showing us the face of terrorism – but also the face of the
uncaring, destructive progressive movement.
