The Sunday morning network shows concentrated on the Boston bombing story and forgot about West.  But law firms have not forgotten.  No fewer than thirteen of them put ads in the Sunday Waco Tribune-Herald with several actually sending lawyers to West to troll for clients.   Some of the law offices just said – “call us.”  The ads came from firms in Waco,Austin,Houston,New Orleans,San Antonio, and Washington,DC.  Some of the firms expressed sympathies for the death and destruction, but most got right to the point:  “Hire us now.”  Well, as the progressives say, never let a crisis go to waste.  President Obama at least mentioned West in his news conference after the immediate crisis in Boston came to an end.  Somehow, his words of comfort and condolence got around to a liberal talking point about diversity.  Nothing like explosions and carnage to score clients and political points.
