I’m Lynn Woolley with your Logic Minute for 5/7/13

This is a key week – make that THE key week for President Obama and
former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Their futures are in the
hands of Congress – in particular, the House Oversight Committee.
Members of both parties have solemn and important jobs to do. The
Republicans MUST take this seriously. Ambassador Chris Stevens and
three other Americans are dead – and we still don’t know what
happened. So no grandstanding, and no long speeches. Let the
whistle-blowers take center stage. The Democrats also must rise above
party – just as the Republicans did during Watergate. They must
understand that IF – and I say “if” – a president and/or a secretary
of state failed when the three AM call came – and then consciously and
egregiously covered it up, lying to the American people – a price must
be paid. We’ve reached a moment of truth – and the media no longer
matter. Only integrity does.
