Man Arrested for Assault After Harker Heights Domestic Dispute

A man was arrested in Harker Heights Tuesday after a domestic dispute turned violent.

Police say Marcus Ryan knocked on the door of a home on Kachina Loop around noon and forced his way inside after a woman answered. The two got into an altercation, after which the woman fled the home.

Ryan was arrested 20 minutes later and charged with assault with bodily injury to a family member. Police have not released any further information.
