Mother Makes Daughter Wear a Sign Apologizing for Twerking at School
A mother in Bakersfield California found out that her daughter was twerking at a school dance and took matters into her own hands to deal out the discipline.
An 11-year-old girl found herself in some hot water following a school dance. Her mom, Frances Hena, had given strict orders for the girl to not twerk during the dance. But, as some kids are known to do, Jamie ignored her mom's request and engaged in the dance craze made most famous by Miley Cyrus during the MTV VMAs.
So, when her mom found out Jamie had disobeyed, she gave her an unusual form of punishment. Jamie had to hold a sign on the corner of a busy street, explaining her mistake.
The sign read, "I was disrespecting my parents by twerking at my school dance."
