BALTIMORE (AP) — Royal Caribbean officials say more than 2,200 cruise passengers from a ship that caught fire at sea are expected back in Baltimore where the trip began.

The cruise line says it's making arrangements for 11 charter flights to take passengers from the Bahamas on Tuesday.

The fire aboard the Grandeur of the Seas began at 2:50 a.m. Monday and was extinguished about two hours later with no injuries reported. A cause wasn't immediately known.

The ship left Baltimore on Friday for a seven-night cruise. Royal Caribbean says it never lost power and was able to sail into port in Freeport, Bahamas, Monday afternoon.

The company says passengers will get a full refund of their fare and a certificate for a future cruise.
