Planned Phone Line Outage For Copperas Cove Coming Tuesday

The city of Copperas Cove is spreading the word about a planned phone line outage next week on Tuesday, July 19th, beginning at 6 pm.The outage is due to some scheduled maintenance that provider Centurylink has planned for Tuesday evening. This outage will affect the following city phone lines: Central Fire Station, City Hall, the golf course, the city library, Municipal Court, Parks and Recreation and Utility Administration.

There will be no disruption of the city's 9-1-1 emergency call center. The city of Copperas Cove said in a recent press release that they appreciate the residents patience during the outage, which is planned to last for a couple of hours on the 19th.
