Robin Williams was found dead today in his Hollywood home at age 63. According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor died of asphyxia may have committed suicide.

Williams, an immensely talented actor, had been dealing with sever depression according to a statement issued by his representation. “Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time.

An Oscar winner for his supporting role in Good Will hunting, Williams is widely known for his comedic roles like Mrs. Doubtfire and as Teddy Roosevelt in Night at the Museum. He was planned to appear in a schedule to Mrs. Doubtfire and will appear in the third installment of Night at the Museum this holiday season.
