The victim of the shooting, 32-year-old Justin Wayne Bible, was fatally wounded while sitting in a vehicle outside of the Red Lobster at 5925 West Waco Drive on Tuesday, May 1. Police later reported that he passed away shortly after 5:30 PM that day.

Responding officers were initially called about a traffic incident, as Bible's vehicle had rolled into another vehicle.

According to police, the shooter got out of a white pickup truck driven by another man, shot Bible, then returned to the truck, which sped away.

Police have not commented upon a possible second suspect.
