Temple Crime Blotter Report- Public Intoxication

Victor Montgomery was arrested on South 3rd Street in Temple for public intoxication. At his arrest he was found to be in possession of a dangerous drug.

In an unrelated incident, Leslie Tyroch was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a passenger younger than 15 years old.

Other incidents include:

• An interference with child custody case is active after one parent claimed that the other refuses to comply with court visitation orders
• Kimberly Salter was arrested for public intoxication
• Police are investigating an instance of criminal mischief resulting in property damage on South Martin Luther King Drive
• A case of family violence resulting in minor injuries is active
• Police are investigating an assault on a uniformed officer which resulted in injury
• Elizabeth Torres was arrested for family violence after assaulting a family member
