Temple Police Investigating Shooting at Pecan Point Apartments
Temple police are investigating a shooting that left a man injured Tuesday evening.
Officers responded to reports of the shooting at the Pecan Point Apartments, 463 Westfield Boulevard, around 7:40 PM. Upon arriving, they found an injured man and were told that three suspects had fled the scene.
The victim was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not released the victim's name, and the circumstances of the shooting remained under investigation Tuesday night. No further details were provided in a media release, and the fleeing suspects were described simply as "three unknown black male[s]".
