UPDATE 4/29 8:30 AM: Bell County Jail records indicate Quiles was booked at 7:43 PM Tuesday, April 28 and charged with two third degree felonies. His jail roster listing did not specify what those charges were, and no bond information was listed Wednesday morning.


 

UPDATE 6:17 PM: Police have taken 23-year-old Noel Quiles into custody. According to police, Quiles was apprehended on Shiloh Road near Big Elm Road in Troy. The Troy Police Department assisted in the arrest along with the Bell County Sheriff's Department, Bell County Constables, and the Texas DPS.

The Temple Police Department is investigating after someone reportedly fired a gun at a Temple paneling and components facility Tuesday afternoon.

Police received a shots fire call around 4:25 PM from Panel Specialists Inc. at 3410 Lucius McCelvey Drive, Temple PD Media Relations Specialist Cody Weems reported in a news release.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported. Weems said the suspect fled the scene in a dark colored sedan. Police were actively searching for the unidentified suspect Tuesday evening.
