Texas A&M Men's Basketball has been flourishing as of late with a four game win streak in the SEC. After a big win in College Station over number 24 ranked Kentucky on Saturday, there was a great amount of praise coming for the Aggies. But as the old saying goes, the good comes with the bad.

The AP reported that one A&M basketball has been dismissed from the team, and one has been suspended indefinitely. These actions were taken after J.J. Caldwell and Jay Jay Chandler were arrested for possession of marijuana.

Texas A&M University announced the punishments for the two freshmen, and said they violated the university's policy. This wasn't Caldwell's first rodeo with discipline issues at Texas A&M.

Caldwell was arrested for driving while intoxicated, in May of 2017. Both players were coming off the bench for the Aggies basketball squad this year.
