Texas Child Fatally Injured in Hit-and-Run Collision

UPDATE: Police have located a truck believed to have killed one-year-old Royalty Pernell Coleman in a hit-and-run collision Monday morning. The driver has not been located.

A manhunt was underway Monday morning for a driver who fatally injured a one-year-old boy at a Corpus Christi intersection.

KIII-TV reports that the child was being pushed across the intersection of Everhart and Shanen in a stroller around 7:15 AM when a driver struck the stroller, then failed to stop.

According to KIII, authorities are reviewing surveillance footage.

KRIS-TV reports that the woman had two other children with her. Neither she nor the other two children were injured.
