Two Men Rape 9 Month Old Girl, and Film the Attack

KWTX reported from the Associated Press that two men out of Tennesee have been accused of raping a 9-month-old girl. If that wasn't bad enough, the two also have been accused of filming the incident as well.

KWTX reports said that, "Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, and Daireus Jumare Ice, 22, were indicted by a grand jury Tuesday on charges including especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor."

A release from the Shelby County District Attorney General's office release says the man were reported to the authorities back in 2016. The report to the authorities happened when the mother of the daughter assaulted in the case found video of the incident.

The mother saw the video, and was easily able to identify the two men from the video. The release said, "Investigators determined Hayes was in the video and Ice filmed it." Hayes was also indicted on an aggravated rape charge, and Ice was indicted on being criminally responsible for conduct of another person in the aggravated rape of a child.
