Waco Attorney Accused of Exposing Himself to Restaurant Employees
KWTX reports that Waco attorney and businessman Bobby Matthew Dove was placed under arrest by Waco police for allegedly exposing himself to female employees at area fast-food restaurants.
Dove was in the McLennan County Jail Tuesday on charges of indecent exposure, but was later released on $1,000 bond. According to KWTX, an arrest affidavit from May 17th says that a then unidentified man exposed himself to female employees of the Chick-Fil-A location on Franklin Avenue.
Dove was in the drive-thru line in a green Mercedes when a Chick-Fil-A employee approached the vehicle to take payment. A second employee also saw Dove exposing himself. The affidavit says he smiled at the employees before driving off.
Police said they remembered the same car described in a similar incident in January at a Dairy Queen on North New Road. Dove was picked out of a lineup by a witness according to the affidavit.
Dove used to sit on the board of directors for the Baylor Bear Foundation, which assists in fundraising for the athletic department. He was part of the law firm Campell Cherry Harrison Davis Dove, P.C. Dove retired in 2007 but is still licensed to practice law.
